Juan was an engineer with a true engineering mind. Simply put, he knew how to make things work! His weakness was communicating his insights to senior management. Specifically, when conflicts arose, Juan tended to walk away and hope it would resolve itself. Anna worked with Juan on his conflict management skills, as well as a broader effort to improve his interactions with senior management.
